History
This estate was granted to Thakur Tej Singh, grandson of Thakur Randhir Singh, himself grandson of Rao Shri Lakharaj Singh (1451/1483) of Sirohi, by Maharao Surtan Singhji Sahib of Sirohi (1572/1610) after the Battle of Datani in 1640 samvat. It ranked 12th in the Sirohi Darbar as of 1893.

- Thakur NATHU SINGH, Thakur of Bhatana Badi Pattani, he rebelled against the state forces but was defeated by the British authorities who caught and put him behind bars for six years, he was released in 1914 samvat, but he continued his rebellious ways even more; his estate was confiscated and he fled the state; married and had issue, one son. He died in Jodhpur.

- Thakur Raj Shri BHARAT SINGH, Thakur of Bhatana Badi Pattani, born about 1853, he continued to fight against the state forces even after his father died , the Maharaja of Jodhpur mediated in the dispute with the Maharao of Sirohi, the result was that the Thakur of Bhatana was fined 1400Rs but the estate was returned to him, he was granted the honour of a Single Tazim in acknowledgement of his bravery; married and had issue, one son.
