Namdar Taluqdar Shree Krishnadevsinh Kishoresinhji
History
A fifth class state in Jhalawar Prant - Kathiawar Division. The Taluka is an offshoot of The Limbdi Princely State. Namdar Thakore Shree Jetsinhji aka Jethiji (3rd son of Thakore Saheb Shree Adaji III of Shiyani - Limbdi) being the founder of Jakhan in about 1650. He had revenue of 4000 and two other villages but because of their generous nature they donated them.
