- General Vijay Kumar Singh, PVSM, AVSM, YSM (born 10 May 1951) is an Indian politician and a retired four star general in the Indian Army. In May 2014, he was appointed as the Minister of State of External Affairs and Minister of state (independent charge) for North East Region in the NDA-led Indian Government.
