Rajvi Rao Bahadur Gulab Singhji, educated at Mayo College, Ajmer, an almunus of Imperial Cadet Corps, Dehradun; on completion of his training he was selected as staff officer of Maharaja Ganga Singhji. In 1909, he was appointed as Honorary Lieutenant in Ganga Risala and in 1911, he was appointed as assistant private secretary to Maharaja Ganga Singhji. For his exemplary conduct and services rendered to the court he was conferred with Single Tazim Jagir of Rajasar. He was later appointed as Major and was Commanding Officer of Dungar Lancers (Bodyguards of the Maharaja). On 16th January 1920 he was appointed Inspector General of Police and in 1925 promoted to the rank of Lt Col. He was awarded George Coronation medal in 1923, he was also given "Siropanv" by Maharaja Ganga Singhji of Bikaner and conferred the title of "Rao Bahadur" in 1926. He was also appointed as Controller of the Household and Fort Incharge, both appointments were of permanent grant.

Rajasar is ancestral seat of Anandsinghot Rajvi, Haveli wale (predecessors of Maharaj Amar Singhji), Rajvi Rao Bahadur Gulab Singhji was the first Tazim jagirdar of Rajasar, he was son of Rajvi Guman Singhji of Bogera and for exemplary conduct and services rendered to the court he was conferred with Single Tazim Jagir of Rajasar by Maharaja Ganga Singhji of Bikaner.
